How did you find the support and service of staff at the University?
In general I have always found the staf support and service of staff at the University, both the Academic staff and General staff, to be relevant, helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, thought provoking and encouraging.

Where are you currently working and what are you currently doing? How has your Communication degree helped you in your professional life?
I am currently a full-time PhD student at the University of Newcastle undertaking research into the social impact of mobile phones on young Australian adults. I have also been undertaking some Sessional Academic work, tutoring in digital media and communication and discourse. ...more about Clare

What was the best thing about the Information Technology program?
It is a popular area and it has a diversity in it too. I learn about IT more while I study about Health Informatics.

How did you find the support and service of staff at the University?
