Horwath Corporate Governance Report

The 2007 Horwath Corporate Governance Report is the sixth annual review of Australian corporate governance. Its objective has not changed from the first report - simply to provide an objective and independent assessment of the corporate governance structures of Australia's largest public companies. We believe that it makes a legitimate contribution to the corporate governance debate in Australia. We thank Horwaths for providing financial support in the preparation of this report, and most importantly for permitting and encouraging us to take a completely independent stance in its preparation.
