Human nutrition and food science are developing rapidly as technology becomes ever more sophisticated and the demands of an increasingly health conscious society drive change in the food and health product industries. Food scientists are continually improving the quality of the food supply, and aim to ensure that food is appealing, safe, and nutritious and that it has optimal taste, texture and functionality. The Bachelor of Food Science and Human Nutrition will ensure that you develop specialist knowledge and skills that are highly valued and needed in the workplace and the broader community.
