Candidate's Guide - Complaints Management

A student complaint may flow from any aspect of a student's educational experience at the University which is considered unfair, unjust or unreasonable. For example, complaints may arise out of academic decision-making in a course or program or the administration of enrolment in a course or program. In order to work through these types of issues the University has established a Complaints Resolution Policy which outlines both the formal and informal means through which issues of concern may be resolved.

Candidates experiencing shortfalls in their expectations are encouraged to approach their supervisor, Assistant Dean Research Training, staff in the Office of Graduate Studies, or the Dean of Students.
