Equipment Bookings

EM

Trained users can book a maximum of two sessions per week and can be made two weeks in advance. Additional bookings can be made at short notice if microscopes are free. Sessions are either morning (9:15am - 1:00pm) or afternoon (1:15pm - 5:00pm). Please arrive promptly for all bookings. During times of heavy use shorter booking periods may be introduced. Experienced users may be allowed to work after hours on week nights. Please ensure that samples are prepared and coated if necessary before coming for your session so full use can be made of instrument time. For EM bookings phone 02 492 15667

TRAINING

Hands on training sessions are run on demand for staff and postgraduate students undertaking long term research projects. For one off applications a member of staff will operate the equipment.
