The Hunter: Sustaining a Rivers and its Communities Public Forum

Friday 9 November 2007
Lecture Theatre CT202 The University of Newcastle, Callaghan Campus

This Forum was an exciting opportunity for all members of the community to hear leading experts give a concise profile of the Hunter Region in their area of expertise and a proposed way forward.

The Sustainability Forum was a full day of short sessions which examined a wide range of issues that directly influence Sustainabilty within the Hunter Region.

Thank you to everyone who came along and enjoyed The Hunter: Sustaining a River and its Communities Forum. It was a great success and we appreciated your enthusiastic contribution to discussion about these important issues.

We would like to thank Hunter Wetlands Centre Australia, Hunter Valley Gardens and Moonshadow Cruises for donating some terrific family adventure outings and getaway prizes. Congratulations to our winners.
