PhD Research Student

I am a PhD research student working with the Fathers and Families Research Team at the FAC. The primary focus of my research is the relationship between parenting teamwork and parenting stress in families that have young children with an Austism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). My professional background is in paediatric nursing and I also facilitate antenatal groups for first time fathers. I am still recruiting biological parents, who are still living together, of a child with ASD who is under 12 years of age. I can be contacted at Chris.May@newcastle.edu.au
