What do we offer?

Case Management -  experienced Family Workers can visit families in their home or at a place of their choosing providing information, case planning and support.  This serivce is open to young parents.

Parenting Programs - are delivered every school term, they provide parents an opportunity to meet others, build on skills and make parenting more enjoyable.

These programs are;

Group Triple P

Triple P Selected Seminar Series

Practical and Skills Development groups - each school term a variety of group are held and topics and delivered in conjuction with the local community needs.

The Hunter Outreach team offer regular groups in caravan parks, manufactured home villages, boarding houses, social housing estates, refuges and other areas where families live.

Referrals are accepted from individuals and support services
