Researching with us
Research Higher Degrees
We have created a community of support for students. We are always on the lookout for bright new researchers to join our various research teams. A postgraduate degree on a topic related to the built environment will take you many places. It is your ticket to success and a way to differentiate yourself in government circles, leading edge companies or as an academic. If you are interested in any of the topics we are exploring or have new ideas – please contact us – we’d love to hear from you. We tend to be quite collegiate in our approach to supervision – but don’t take it from us – hear what some of our graduates and students say ….

Community and non profit organisations
Many of our researchers are involved in community and non profit organisations and are able to speak at events. Time is always a problem – so get in early to book the speaking engagement. We only ask that you notify us with some lead time about how you intend on representing the University and CIBER in marketing material. Some of our researchers also make themselves available from time to time in a consultative capacity – please arrange the details on an individual basis.
Academics
We are always pleased when academics from other institutions visit us. If you would like a visit hosted by CIBER please contact someone in the Centre to arrange a suitable time and accommodation.
