Our Health Rules! aims to improve the health and wellbeing of families and children aged 0-12 years living in the Raymond Terrace, Karuah and Port Stephens catchment.
We work to enhance knowledge and build on family skills through nutrition education, cooking programs, food budgeting, healthy food supermarket tours, and healthier lifestyle programs to prevent chronic disease.
Activities include HEALTM (Healthy eating and active living) cooking programs, new parents talks, Healthy Tums, Healthy Gums an oral health and nutrition program for young families.
