Career Summary
Biography
I have extensive experience in senior executive roles including Consulting, General Management and CEO roles in a wide range of industries. This experience has been with both publicly listed corporations and privately owned SME’s and includes significant international experience. I also have extensive Director experience in a range of companies.
I am an Education Focussed Academic lecturing in the Management Discipline with a focus on Strategic Management and International Business. Over the last 3 years I have been teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
My research interests combine the fields of international business and strategic management exploring the role of organisational structure and culture as enablers of the dynamic capabilities used by multinational enterprises in the global orchestration of their operational capabilities.
