The Library would like to thank the nearly 6000 staff and students who completed our Client Satisfaction Survey.

The information we gain from your survey responses helps us improve services and facilities. Feedback from previous surveys has helped create a vibrant, world-class library.  Many of our innovations including our 24 hour Information Commons, long opening hours, cafes and survival stations as well as  access to comfortable spaces to study individually or in a group, are the result of us listening and responding to feedback. Each year there are around  2.3 million visits to our Library buildings while many more people use our online services including our CHAT service, and access to around 400,000 ebooks and 80,000 online journals.

Of course, you don't have to wait until the survey comes around every two years to give us feedback.  Use our help page to tell us what you think.
