New delegation of authority schedule
The University's new Delegation of Authority schedules have been approved by the Vice-Chancellor and took effect on 1 July, 2015.
A delegation is the assignment of an authority to another person to carry out specific activities. The new delegation schedules have been created for roles that have been delegated an authority by the Vice-Chancellor. These delegations permit individuals in nominated roles to operate within financial and operational guidelines, and support the daily operations of the University.
As well as a number of specific roles, Associate Directors, Directors, Deputy Vice-Chancellors, Heads of Faculty, Heads of School, and Pro Vice-Chancellors are amongst the group of delegates who have received their new Delegation of Authority schedule.
The Delegation of Authority website has more information including the Delegation of Authority Policy, Rules, Guidelines, Matters Reserved for Council and Frequently Asked Questions.
