Professor Behdad Moghtaderi and Dr Elham Doroodchi, engineers in the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, will appear on the ABC television show 'The New Inventors' tonight.

The pair will present the revolutionary new technology platform GRANEX, which can be used to generate geothermal power and recover waste heat.

Each week 'The New Inventors' presents three inventions that are judged by a three-member panel. Weekly winners advance to the grand final at the end of the year.
