Adam, a young student, drifts into an ever-changing relationship with Evelyn, an art major. Meanwhile, his best friends' engagement crumbles, so unleashing a drama that peels back the skin of two modern-day relationships, exposing the raw meat and gristle that lies beneath.
The Shape of Things is a 21st Century look at love, art, marriage and friendship. The production features a talented young cast of past and present University of Newcastle students - Giverny Lewis, Carl Young, Rachel Jackett and Tim O'Donnell - and is directed by the current Artistic Director of youth company Tantrum Theatre and University of Newcastle Alumnus, Brendan O'Connell.
Shocking, raw, sexy and hilarious, it promises to be a night at the theatre you won't forget.
