The NUsport Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 13 May 2009 at 5.30pm in the Health and Physical Education Lecture Theatre HPE 2.3. University staff who are Ordinary Members of NUsport are invited to attend. The agenda for the meeting is available on the NUsport website. The meeting will elect two directors to the NUsport Board for a two year term. Ordinary Members are invited to nominate for these Board positions. Nominations close on 6 May 2009 at 5.00pm.
Please note that purchasing a Forum subscription for access to facilities and services at The Forum does not confer NUsport Membership. NUsport Ordinary Membership is available to Callaghan enrolled students, University staff other than casuals and Conjoint Academics. University staff and Conjoint Academics can join NUsport by completing a "NUsport University Staff Membership - 2009" form available from The Forum.
