The Nutraceuticals Research Group is investigating the extent to which the consumption of fish oil assists with weight management.

The researchers are looking for participants aged between 18 - 55 years with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of between 30 and 40 kg/m2. Participants should not currently be taking fish oil supplements or anti-inflammatory medication.

The study runs for eight weeks.
