The University of Newcastle, Australia

The Faculty of Health at the University of Newcastle will join with the Faculty of Medicine at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), for a major cancer research forum in Kuala Lumpur this weekend.

The two Faculties share common research interest including cancer, cardiovascular disease, infectious diseases, health and wellness, and mental health.

Newcastle's Professor John Forbes, Professor Rodney Scott and Professor Leonie Ashman will present their research programs and findings at the forum.

The University of Newcastle hopes to establish a strong research collaboration with UKM.
