The University of Newcastle will be holding its Student Exchange Fair on Wednesday 27 August 2008 11am - 3pm at the Brennan Room, Shortland Union Building.

Students can speak with current international students, staff from our partner institutions, and other interesting organisations. The purpose of the Fair is to encourage students from the University of Newcastle to participate in our various Exchange Programs.

Why study abroad? Apart from the personal and academic benefits, it has been proven that students with an international study experience increase their chances of employment significantly. The University of Newcastle has over 100 partner institutions, with many students taking advantage of the scholarships and loans available to travel overseas. This means you could study in China or Germany for just a semester, or you could take the plunge and opt for a year at a university in France or the USA. It is a great program, so don't miss out!
