Industrial Design Exhibition
The final year works of students graduating from the University of Newcastle's Bachelor of Design (Industrial) are on display at Watt Space Gallery.
The exhibition of around 40 projects includes a motorised snow board, a holographic generator, a telescoping Stratocaster electric guitar and a water rifle.
Industrial designers provide a vital link between the consumer and manufacturers of a wide range of products including appliances, electronic goods, furniture, toys, set design and exhibition displays.
The Industrial Design exhibition is open to the public at the Watt Space Gallery, corner of Auckland and King Streets, Newcastle, between 12pm and 6pm until Sunday 16 December.
The official opening takes place at 6.30pm Friday 14 December. Media are welcome.
