University wishes Chamber Choir good luck

The University of Newcastle Chamber Choir will find out if hours of practice have paid off when they compete in the final of the ABC Classic FM Choir of the Year competition tomorrow.

The University of Newcastle Chamber Choir is one of six - three adult and three youth - to compete in the national final. One of the six choirs will be named the ABC Classic FM Choir of the Year.

The ABC Classic FM Choir of the Year is the country's largest choral competition. The final will be held at City Recital Hall in Sydney on Saturday 30 September 2006. For more information visit www.abc.net.au/classic/choiroftheyear/
