Last Chance To Accept Main Round Offers

Been away on holidays and forgotten to check the mail? Haven't had a chance to accept your university offer yet?

Well Thursday is the last day for prospective students to accept their Main Round Offers at the University of Newcastle.

Executive Director, Student and Alumni Services, Gail White says, that many prospective students are often away enjoying summer holidays when the offers are released. While they will look to the papers to see if they have received an offer, they tend to forget that they also need to accept the offer.

"As tomorrow is a public holiday it's really important that students are aware that they have until midnight on Thursday 27 January 2005 to accept their offer," says Gail.

When accepting their offer, students should firstly consult the information booklet received in the mail with their offer. Students needing further advice can contact the Student Enquiry Centre between 9am and 6pm on Thursday 27 January 2005 on (02) 4921 5000 or email EnquiryCentre@newcastle.edu.au
