Web Clinic has been relocated to the CMS Project Office (formerly the Web Services Office) located at CH206, the Chancellery.
This will allow for a consistent location and time, as previously Web Clinics were booked in meeting rooms.
|9 th March||
Due to feedback received from web publishers, Web Services have amended their IA (Information Architecture) approval policy. IA approvals will be conducted twice a day - once a morning and afternoon.

The Web Services Team has been integrated with Marketing and PR, allowing greater communication and collaboration between the two areas to provide a more consistent and comprehensive web experience.
To assist in these goals, Web Support Officer Jessica Nash and Web Content Editor Jennifer Fagan have relocated to the Marketing and Public Relations office (CH 213).
For the immediate future, the previous Web Services office in CH206 has been reassigned as the WCMS Project Office.

Web Services have officially merged with Marketing! Here at Web Services we are very excited about this change, and we look forward to all of the opportunities that this merge will bring.
On a sad note, one of our Web Support Officers Megan Adams is moving on, with her last day on Wednesday the 15th of February. We are very sad to see her go, but wish her the very best in her new adventure.
Due to the large changes that Web Services are experiencing, there may be a delay in support. We hope that you will understand, and we will do our very best to assist you with your problem as soon as we possibly can.
