Dr. Kavitha Palaniappan

Dr. Kavitha Palaniappan holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science with specialization in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene. Dr. Palaniappan has also worked on biofuel synthesis from non-edible plant oils. As for her doctoral research, Dr. Palaniappan worked on lead exposures and its effects in collaboration with the Harvard University, US. Currently, her research areas include occupational exposures and associated health effects and biofuels. Dr. Palaniappan is currently a full time UoN academic staff based in Singapore.
