Dr. Huong Ha

Lecturer (Business)

Dr. Ha is the Academic Coordinator (Business programs) and currently lecturing at University of Newcastle, Singapore. She was the Dean and Director of Research & Development of a well-known private institute in Singapore. She holds a PhD from Monash University (Australia), a Master Degree from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore and other qualifications. She was a recipient of PhD Scholarship (Monash University), Temasek Scholarship (NUS), and a scholarship awarded by United Nations University/International Leadership Academy, and many other professional and academic awards.

She has received many research/travel grants and has published several book chapters, journal articles, conference papers, Encyclopedia articles, etc. She has been an invited member of (i) the CYBERLAWS 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2013 conference committees, (ii) the International Advisory Board of South Asia Association in Criminology & Victimology (India), (iii) the Chinese American Scholars Association Board (USA), (iv) the 4th International Online Conference on Business and Management (Malaysia), etc. and many others. She has been a reviewer of many journals and international conferences, such as Thunderbird International Business Review, International Journal of Environment and Sustainable Development, CYBERLAWS Conference 2010, 2011, 2012, African Journal of Marketing Management, International Journal of Consumer Studies, Academy of Management Annual Meeting, IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Information Technology 2011, etc.
