Gian Casimir has a PhD in Psychology and teaches Cross Cultural Negotiation Management as well as Management and Organisational Behaviour.

Gian has a strong publishing background; his articles have been published in many International Psychology, Management, and Leadership and Organisation Behaviour journals.

He has been a reviewer for the Journal of Individual Differences and Journal of Creativity and Innovation Management, and has served as a member of Leadership Quarterly's Editorial Board since 2001. Gian has also held the role of Special Editor for the International Journal of Organization Theory and Behavior and Journal of Creativity and Innovation Management.

During his seven years as a Lecturer, Gian has taught a range of subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels including: Leadership, Management, Organisational Behaviour/Management, and Quantitative Research Methods. He has also taught various management and leadership professional courses for executives and middle-level managers from large corporate and Government organisations.

Gian taught at La Trobe University, Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and The University of Newcastle before coming to Singapore.
