The database lists:

Finding a Property
If you find a property advertised on the database that you are interested in, contact the advertiser offering the accommodation by telephone and ask as many questions as you can about the property. This will save you visiting properties that may not meet your needs. Refer to the checklist of Questions to Ask for details of suggested questions.
Search for accommodation on the off campus accommodation database. Suburbs favoured by students are usually those along the train line such as Ourimbah, Lisarow, Niagara Park, Narara, Gosford, Tuggerah, Wyong, Point Clare, Tascott and Woy Woy. Outerlying beachside suburbs such as Terrigal, Avoca and The Entrance require travel by bus and train to access the campus.
