Oral Health Teaching Clinic

The University of Newcastle has a 17 chair dental clinic 'Colgate Oral Health Clinic' with digital radiography, computerised patient records and all support staff, providing students with hands-on experience throughout their degree that counts towards their studies and that they can take into their professional lives. Oral Health students from the University’s Central Coast campus offer check-ups, teeth cleaning and fluoride treatments under the supervision of a certified dentist. This service is located at our Ourimbah campus and is provided free of charge to children, pensioners, Health Care Card holders, students and staff of the University. There is a minimal charge for all other patients. Appointments and enquiries can be made by phoning the Clinic on (02) 4348 4164.
