Preview Restaurant

Preview Restaurant is operated by our own Tourism & Hospitality students, studying in a variety of courses offered by TAFE NSW Hunter Institute. These courses include Hospitality Operations (Food & Beverage), Hospitality Operations (Supervision), Commercial Cookery, Catering Supervision and Hospitality Management.

Come and enjoy the dining experience at the Tourism and Hospitality facility of the Central Coast Campus, Ourimbah.

Opening dates exclude TAFE vacation and student-free days.

Opening days/times operate in conjunction with courses filled by enrolled students. Preview operates as a student classroom open to the public.
