Visitors (Individuals)
The University of Newcastle Library offers annual membership to members of the public. Library cards will be issued upon presentation of a completed Library Membership Application form available from any Library Service Zone.
Please remember to carry your card at all times if you wish to borrow. Report lost cards to Library Service Zone staff immediately to prevent unauthorised use.

Community borrowers are subject to fines for late return of Library items, and borrowing will be suspended when over $10 is owed, or an item is more than 14 days late.
Library membership does not allow remote access to electronic resources.
Walk In Users (Individuals)
Members of the public wishing to access the Library's resources who are not currently staff or students at the University of Newcastle may be eligible to access the Library's electronic resources at dedicated Library computer terminals where the University's licensing agreements permit.
