' The city's close proximity to Sydney, the basic layout of the city and the impression of what the University is like through its web site and brochures. It seemed like a nice, cosy university town.'

The Best Things

' The course is well taught and the facilities that they offer to the students are great. There's loads of people out there to help us and all the lectures and tutors are great at helping the student. You won't have to look far to find a smiling face and people ready to help.'

Future Studies and Career

' Once I complete the course here, it'll make it easier to find a job/career because the degree is accredited and could be used all over the world. Everything I've experienced here would be valuable in how I take on my future as well.'

Newcastle Life

' Newcastle life is a league of its own. It's laid-back and not stressed, there's plenty to do if you choose to and the people here are friendly and approachable. It's like living in one big family here because you end up making a lot of friends.'

' The support system here is good, they help out a lot when you need it. They're friendly and always willing to help.'

My Advice

' I would advise students from my country that there's so much you could get out of studying in Newcastle. Friendships that would last a lifetime, experiencing the lifestyle and multicultural aspects of Newcastle and Australia, as well as the knowledge that you take away from the University. I would recommend it :) '
