POWERLESSNESS AND HOPE: STRENGTHENING THE SECURITY, JUSTICE AND VITALITY OF AUSTRALIAN SOCIETY
Presented by Professor John Langmore

Strengthening wellbeing and social inclusion are high priorities for Australia. Professor John Langmore will discuss some of the impediments to movement towards those goals and key economic and social policies which could make a contribution. Given Australia's relative privilege, he will also explore some of the important international policies aiming for justice and peace.
