Discipline Representatives

The Industry Scholarships Discipline Representatives assist in the selection of students when they join the program and then provide on-going support, monitoring and review. They are part of the support network for scholars and should be contacted if you have any questions regarding academic progress and course related problems. They review the Scholar Placement reports every semester and provide additional support opportunism for scholars the length of their Industry Scholarship program.

Forms

Prior to each placement period, complete and return this form to the Industry Scholarships office.
Scholar Placement Form (65Kb)

The placement report and Scholar Evaluation are due 2 weeks after the end of each industry placement. Reports are not required by us until you have completed your placement period in full I.e. 10, 12, 20 or 48 weeks depending on what model your scholarship is based (check your sponsorship agreement, if you are still unsure ask us). If you do two blocks of placement e.g. 4 weeks and 6 weeks, please only hand us the report once all 10 weeks are done.

The attachment includes the report template and the scholar and sponsor evaluation. All three must be returned to the Industry Scholarships office.
