Annual Dinner 2012
Below you will find additional details for the Industry Scholarships Annual Dinner. The event is by invitation only and you should have received this via email.
Sponsors and staff, you will receive an email a few days prior as a reminder for the event which will include additional information.
Scholars you will be updated via sms and Facebook.

Time: 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm

When you RSVP please include the following:
1. Your RSVP (even if you cannot attend).
2. Any dietary requirements you have.
3. If you are brining additional guests please list their full name, position (if applicable) and dietary requirements.
4. Confirmation of additional tickets purchased.
Scholars, sponsors and staff have been allocated one complimentary ticket.
All additional tickets are $66 (GST Inclusive). Please click here to access the payment form.
As stated in your sponsorship agreement your attendance is COMPULSORY at the event. There is no cost for scholars to attend, however if you wish to bring along another person (partner, parents etc) you will need to purchase a ticket at the cost of $66 (GST inclusive).
You need to fill in and return the payment form to the cashier's office in student services.
Please be advised that the Industry Scholarships office does not have the capacity to process payment forms or extra ticket prices. This will need to be aligned with the RSVP date of Monday 13th August.
All sponsors have been allocated one complimentary ticket which has been sent to our primary contact via email.
You are required to purchase any extra tickets beyond this allocation. To purchase additional tickets please fill in the payment form and return to the Industry Scholarships (IS) office. The IS office will organise dinner payment to the on-campus cashier and will ensure confirmation of payment and a receipt is forwarded to for your records.
This will need to be aligned with the RSVP date of Monday 13th August.
NOTE: If you cannot attend please pass the invite onto another member of staff or the scholars supervisor. As it is compulsory for scholars to attend we like to have a representative from each sponsor in attendance.

Any of our guests are welcome to stay at the Executive Inn adjacent to the club. Our guests will be given the loyalty rate for accommodation (up to $40.00 off rack rate per room).
