Tokyo University of Science President Award

Associate Professor Erica Wanless will receive the Tokyo University of Science President Award on December 7 for her research on polymers at interfaces.

She was nominated for the award by her senior colleagues at TUS within the Department of Pure and Applied Chemistry.

Wanless will deliver a short presentation about her research interest in colloid and interface science at the office of the university president in Tokyo where she will also receive her award.

She has also been invited to deliver a lecture at the Annual Meeting of Japanese Research Institute of Material Technology Conference from December 6 to 10, 2012.

This visit to Tokyo will take place during her residency at Osaka Institute of Technology as a Japan Society for the Promotion of Science /Australian Academy of Science fellow.
