From the PVC

This month I commence meeting with small groups of Academic and Professional staff across the Faculty to discuss the Faculty's contribution to the NeW Directions Strategic Plan.

My aim is to hold these informal meetings regularly, so as to enable an ongoing dialogue.

I believe the planning process has positioned the Faculty for success by establishing clear priorities and that the benefits are already evident through the number of initiatives in train throughout FEDUA.

Working together, across the professional and academic landscape, is the only way we will achieve our goals, and improve opportunities to enhance staff careers and deliver excellence in teaching and research.

I encourage all staff to take this opportunity to discuss ways in which we can continue to work together to implement the strategies listed in our 2013 FEDUA Corporate Plan and associated Action Plans.
