Artworks Inspired by a Visit to Rome 

In July a group of eleven Fine Arts students from the University of Newcastle participated in the Roman Architectural Sketchbook course in Rome, arranged by AIM Overseas. During the 3-week course students used the historical buildings of the city as source material for their art works.

Some of the drawing, photography and sculptural works produced as a result of this experience were recently exhibited at Watt Space Gallery.
