Generally what does your role involve?
Providing strategic advice and support to the PVC, Faculty and Academic Administration staff to facilitate quality service delivery. My role provides a link between the Faculty and Student and Academic Services, which allows sharing of information, and promotes collaboration. Our team of Program Officers works closely with Program Convenors to support students during their studies. Develop and advise on policy matters with links to Academic Senate. Any matter related to the student lifecycle, from prospective students, orientation and enrolment, credit, progression and graduation.
