Student Exchange

The initiative behind the student exchange programs are to give students an opportunity to study overseas and to credit that period of study back to their degree program in Newcastle. The Faculty has reciprocal student exchange agreements with various international institutions, enabling many international students to study with the Faculty under similar arrangements.

• Chulalongkorn University, Thailand

  The Faculty received two students on exchange from the Chulalongkorn University. The students undertook studies in Semester 1, 2010.

• Diwan University, Taiwan
• Indian Institute of Management, Indore

  The Faculty received two students on exchange from the Institute of Management. The students undertook studies in Trimester 3 in the Master of Business Administration.

• Institute of Management and Technology, India (IMT)

  This agreement was re-engaged in 2008 and for the first time, in September, the Faculty received two students on exchange from IMT. The two students successfully undertook studies in Trimester 3 in the Master of Business Administration at NGSB.

  Patrick Meehan, a student from the Faculty was selected to participate in the IMT Student Exchange Program. The student commenced their exchange at IMT in January 2009 and completed in April 2009.
