Digital Talks - The Australian Retail Industry

The Faculty of Business and Law partnered with The Lunaticks Society, a digital business advocacy group for the Hunter, to hold a Digital Talks event focused on the changing nature of the Australian retail industry and the emerging trends/best practice from international retailers on multi-channel retailing. The objective of the event was for the Faculty to further connect and engage with the local business community and support the The Lunaticks Society (led by CEO Gordon Whitehead), to raise the awareness and understanding of online retail consumer behaviour for local businesses.

This initiative has been driven by Jamie Carlson, in conjunction with Mark Bray, with assistance from Matthew Griffin. For more information on the event and/or the digital marketing research concentration in the marketing discipline, please contact Jamie Carlson.

The event was livestreamed over the internet and you can view the livestream below.
