Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA)
For more than seven years the Faculty of Business and Law has been in partnership with the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) to offer the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and Master of Business (MBus) programs in Hong Kong.
The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) is a structured coursework-based professional doctorate taught face-to-face by University of Newcastle academic staff at HKMA, followed by a research dissertation project conducted under academic supervision. The DBA program is designed to further develop the competencies of practicing managers and business professionals and to equip them with the capability to make leadership contributions to their own organizations, wider industries and communities.
The Master of Business (MBus) program consists of structured coursework taught face-to-face by University of Newcastle academic staff at HKMA. This program is designed to provide students with a range of analytic, strategic and leadership skills which will prepare them for increasingly competitive careers in business management in the corporate and public sectors.
