Short Course Description
This intensive one-day course provides key insights into effective leadership and management strategies and processes for today’s complex business environment. Critical differences between leaders and managers are considered, as is the necessity for more effective leadership in times of change. By the end of the session participants will have a clear understanding of leadership and management and how to develop leadership skills and behaviour within a team setting.
