Open Enrolment Short Courses

Executive and Corporate Programs offer a variety of short courses ranging from ½ day to 6 days. There are two categories of short courses:

• Open Enrolment Short Courses - open to the general public and organisations
• Tailored Short Courses - for organisations with specific short course requirements.

New Carbon and Emissions Trading Course

Wednesday 6th August 2008

In conjunction with Energetics, Executive and Corporate Programs, Faculty of Business and Law is pleased to offer this timely one day course.

Following the success of the first session, this course will run again on Wednesday 6th August at the University's Central Coast Campus.

"The introduction of emissions trading will constitute the most significant economic and structural reform undertaken in Australia since the trade liberalisation of the 1980's " Senator Penny Wong, Minister for Climate Change and Water, Media Release 17th March 2008".

Open Enrolment Short Courses

The suite of short courses Executive and Corporate Programs have run in conjunction with the Hunter Business Chamber in the first half of 2008, concluded on 28th May, with Effective Business Negotiations.

From September 2008, following consultation with individuals and business we will be offering a new suite of topics.

Tailored Short Courses

ECP short courses provide practical and commercially relevant courses for organisations. These courses are developed in partnership with your organisation and address specific business needs. Topics cover all business disciplines.

Courses can be held at the Newcastle Graduate School of Business, your organisation or a separate venue.
