Practice Interests

Personal relationships law inclusive of family (including marital, de facto and same-sex relationships) law, estate litigation, mediation and advocacy/test case/civil/human rights litigation for people who experience diversity of difference in their sexual formation, expression or sexuality ("GLBTTI").

Research Interest

The interaction between people who experience diversity of difference in their sexual formation, expression or sexuality, culture and the Law.
