Qualifications: MLLR, LLB (Syd), BA (ANU), Admitted to practice in NSW.
Other Details:
Has been teaching at the University of Newcastle for 15 years after having been in private practice for a number of years.
Is the legal representative on the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Business and Law, Central Coast Campus and Avondale College. Has recently become the Vice-President (Academic) of the National Tertiary Education Industry Union (NTEU) and is involved in a multidisciplinary consultancy group, UB-Links, which operates under the University's commercial arm, TUNRA Ltd.
Research Interests:
All aspects of labour law, individual and collective.
eLaw and he is currently researching the reduction of risks for international consumers for his PhD.
