The Joint UoN and Central Coast Food Innovation Cluster aims to bring together researchers from multiple disciplines across the University of Newcastle as well as experts from within the Central Coast food and beverage industry and government members.
The launch of the cluster will provide an opportunity to learn more about the cluster, meet with participants and hear speakers discuss the benefits for business of engaging with the University.
Guest speakers include Dr Geoffrey Annison, Deputy Chief Executive, Director Health, Nutrition and Scientific Affairs, Australia Food and Grocery Council (AFGC)
