Health Professors Talk - Professor Peter Howe

Description	Diet and lifestyle play an increasingly important role in maintaining the health, both physical and mental, of our rapidly aging population. Faced with an epidemic of obesity and associated chronic health conditions, we recognise the need to focus on the quality as well as quantity of food consumed. Professor Peter Howe is Professor of Nutrition Research at the University of Newcastle and heads the newly formed cross-institutional Clinical Nutrition Research Centre. Join us to welcome Professor Peter Howe to the Faculty of Health and Medicine through the "Health Professors Talk".
