Description

This workshop is designed for use in a wide variety of contexts where groups and individuals are seeking to deepen their general understanding of the nature and impact of change, loss and grief on their lives or in their workplace.

In the seminar participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Review the range of changes experienced in life
  • Reflect on the relationship between change, loss, grief and behaviour
  • Explore grief reactions and factors that influence them
  • Identify different styles of grieving
  • Explore strategies of empowerment, including the role ofchoice in the grief journey and the importance of support networks
