Dr Gary Ellem from the University of Newcastle will present on emerging electric vehicles (from bikes to supercars) and new technology in a fun, clear format on board hybrid electric vessel, the Solar Sailor.

Participants will also be given an overview of the Solar Sailor and unmanned ocean vessels by Dr Robert Dane, CEO of Solar Sailor.

This event is part of Lake Macquarie City Council’s Our City, Our Future public lecture series. 

This is a free event, however places are strictly limited and bookings are essential. Refreshments will be available to purchase on board.
