The University of Newcastle is proud of its unique bushland campus. The annual Don Morris Walk is an opportunity for the community to investigate the variety of habitats and plant communities housed here. Come along and explore your University’s natural environment.
Commencing at 10am, Sunday September 9th 2012, near the Don Morris signange adjacent to C-4 car park (opposite the Chancellery,) the walk will return to this same area by 11:30.
At 11:30 we will then trek the proposed ‘Indigenous Culture Walk’, past the western end of the Chancellery across to the Kevin McDonald Chair and up through the bush to the Birbahn building. Walkers will then skirt Oval 4 to arrive back at the C-4 car park by 12:30. Participants are free to do the Don Morris Walk only.
