To the present day the University of Newcastle has graduated over 105,000 students. We have alumni in 118 countries around the world in a diverse array of occupations and professions.

Whether a captain of industry, a film-maker, a philanthropist, a professional in the health and education sectors – or any number of roles - our alumni are all marked by their connection to Newcastle and its surrounding regions.

Such a dynamic network is a formidable resource. Engaged alumni provide connections to the fields in which they work and the social circles in which they move. These connections then serve to widen the engagement of the University to the community at large.
